Traveljunkieindonesia.com – The trail that time forgot. Two Months, Papua to Flores. This 3000km off-the-radar adventure takes in the picturesque islands around Papua’s Kota Biak before heading to the sublime Danau Sentani and the beguiling Baliem Valley. Traveljunkieindonesia.com – Let’s ride like an Indonesian. I love ride motorbike to explore Bali, Lombok, Sumbawa, Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara and West Timor. As long as you know how to drive a car, renting a motorbike is perhaps one of the best and most convenient ways to explore Indonesia.

So here I present, 10 Tips & Reasons Rent A Motorbike in Indonesia Trip:

1. I found Indonesia to be very motorbike friendly. Always wear a helmet and if the rental doesn’t provide one, move onto the next store.

2. Bargain if you can, especially if there’s more then one of you and if it’s for a few days.

3. If the rental owner seems to be taking extreme notes of the condition of the bike before you take it on the road, be wary. They could be picky on every little itty bitty detail and may charge you a big number upon return for the most ridicules things.
